People in job crisis

When a person is performing very poorly in their role, they are in job crisis – whether they understand it or not, or whether they are in a formal process or not this is a time when coaching can intervene in these critical ways.

  • Explore awareness around the individual’s perception of ‘where they are’
  • Create clarity around the individual’s situation
  • Understand what is at the root of the current position
  • Explore the individuals ‘desires’
  • Empower the individual towards turnaround or departure – leaving no room for the status quo.

As a Manager, HR professional, or training professional it is important to support individuals through job crisis; to help people make good decisions about their future. An external coach can do this in a way that is positive, supportive, and gets results either way.
