Individual coaching

A one on one process over a period of time (typically four to six months) with a half day session roughly every month.

  • Focussed on creating meaningful goals (desired performance)
  • Exploring the individuals current level of performance
  • Generating options and ideas about ‘doing things differently’
  • Setting deadlines for taking action

Team coaching

This is bespoke work, typically 3-6 day sessions focussed on creating high performing teams:

  • Understanding the relationship between the team members
  • Helping and hindering behaviours
  • Understanding the relationship between the team and the larger organisation
  • Team roles profiling
  • Generating common vision and values
  • Real time, real project work – facilitated.
